As a Customer Engagement Consultant for Slalom, Tara is responsible for strategizing, partnering and implementing digital experiences to improve the customer journey with a brand. Focusing on and uncovering new ways to deliver the most impactful customer engagement fuels Tara’s outlook on innovation. Tara is committed to not only helping her clients generate revenue but also growing their brand loyalty. Previously, Tara has spoken at Southern Illinois University – Carbondale on experience design and at Maritz’s Innovation by Design Summit on applying innovation for improved business results. Most recently, Tara was on the St. Louis Chapter board for AIGA the oldest and largest professional design organization, where she had been the Co-Chair for St. Louis Design Week from 2014-2016.
