With a career that spans over 25 years in technology and software, for over 18 years Matt has been focused in driving Sales, Marketing, and Customer Experience transformation programs for Fortune 100 companies, leading global scale initiatives that spanned marketing, sales, support and operations. In 2012 he joined Eloqua as one of two senior technical account managers as part of a new Customer Experience program to improve marketing automation enablement with the largest, most complex global customers. His current role as Managing Principal, Transformation Advisors has expanded to provide transformation advisory guidance to Oracle Marketing Cloud customers and serves as a liaison to Product Management.
