Union Station offers discounted parking for both days of the conference. They have discounted the rate from $20 per day to only $7 per day. You can purchase your discounted vouchers during registration on April 12th and April 13th.



The University of Missouri – St. Louis on behalf of MDMC has set aside a certain number of hotel rooms at various hotels in the immediate area of the conference at discounted rates. Click here for all details.


When can I pick up my conference badge?

When you come in the North Entrance of St. Louis Union Station, the first thing you will see is registration. There will be 3 registration areas to pick up your badges, general registration, VIP registration, and speaker and sponsor registration.

Registration opens at 8:30 am on Wednesday, April 11th and 8:00 am on Thursday, April 12th.

How much does it cost to attend MDMC17 (Midwest Digital Marketing Conference)?

The regular price is only $149 for the 2-day event. This is a full access pass giving you access to all keynotes, breakout sessions, the networking and career fair on day one, exhibitor hall, morning and afternoon refreshments, goodie bag, and multiple chances to win great prizes throughout the day.

IMPORTANT: There will be NO registration at the door.

We offer discounted prices for full time college students with valid school photo ids. Go to the registration page for more details. We also offer a 10% discounted pricing for companies registering 8 or more employees.

I wish to send multiple people from my company to the conference, can I get a discount?

Yes, if you are sending 8 or more from your company you can receive a 10% discount. Please contact Karen Wagster at for details and how to register.


As a college student can I receive a discount?

Yes, all active college students with a valid student id from UMSL, Washington University, SLU, etc. can register for $50. But this offer is limited to the first 100 only. Click here for registration.


Do UMSL faculty or staff receive a discount?

Yes, all UMSL faculty and employees may receive a 25% discount off the price of a regular 2 day pass only. No other discounts are valid with this offer such as free parking. Nor is this discount valid for VIP tickets.


Do UMSL alumni receive a discount?

Unfortunately, as of last year, we do not offer discounts to alumni. Our price for this 2-day event featuring guest speakers from Facebook, Pinterest, Twitter, Google and more at $149 is already extremely competitive. We appreciate your support!


I work for a non-profit, can I receive a discount?

Unfortunately, as of last year, we do not offer discounts to nonprofits. Please realize our price for this 2-day event featuring guest speakers from Facebook, Pinterest, Twitter, Google and more at $149 is already extremely competitive. We appreciate your support!


Will you offer live streaming?

Yes we will but not specifically focused on 100% of all content. Live streamers will be roaming the venue capturing what is happening in various breakout sessions, keynotes, the exhibitor hall, and other fun events going on.


Do you offer any discounts?

Yes, we offer discounts to active college students from any university, company groups of 8 or more, and UMSL faculty and staff. Go to the registration page for more details or contact for details and assistance.

When I pay by credit card, what company name will show up on my statement?

The company name on your statement will be University of Missouri – St. Louis.


What meals are included with my registration?

Those holding full conference passes will have access to afternoon coffee on day 1 plus morning and afternoon refreshments on day 2. Lunch will not be provided as a part of the ticket price. However, 15 -20 food trucks will available from the hours of 11:00 am until 1:30 pm both days. Special meal rates have been negotiated with the food trucks.

For those purchasing a VIP upgrade ticket, you will receive one free food truck ticket to be used on day 1 or day 2. Your choice. Speakers and selected special guests will have access to the private “Speaker Luncheon” held on day 2 only.


What is the refund policy?

You may cancel your participation at any time UP TO 2 WEEKS prior the conference (5 pm CST, May 29, 2017) when all plans must be finalized on our end. In doing so you will receive your full purchase price less a 20% administration fee.

If you cancel after 5 pm CST on May 29, 2017, you will receive a 35% refund or you can pass along your ticket to a friend with our notification. Please realize costs for such venues are extremely high. Contact Karen Waster at if you need a refund or wish to transfer your ticket over to another colleague.


Can I send a substitute in my place?

You may send a substitute in your place at any time. But you must contact our offices to notify us of this. Please call Karen Wagster at


What is the dress code?

Conference attire is business casual for all events. And we do recommend you bring a sweater or light jacket and conference halls can get chilly.


Will I receive event updates?

Yes, MDMC will send emails periodically to update you on the agenda, event happenings and logistics. Please make sure that the email address you register with is correct and that and are in your safe senders list to ensure you are receiving all important event information.


How can I sponsor MDMC17?

Go to our Sponsors page for full details of all the great opportunities to support the event. The University of Missouri-St. Louis needs your support. And approximately 80% of your contribution is tax deductible.


How can I submit to speak at MDMC17?

Sorry, but all speakers have been selected. The call for speakers for MDMC18 will go live August of 2017.
